Nagham holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Baghdad, Iraq. Nagham started her career with CSM, a RO/NF membrane manufacturing company. Today, Nagham uses her experience in chemistry, RO system design, system operation optimization, and system troubleshooting to support Avista customers globally.

Megan Lee is the Global Laboratory Services Process Manager at Avista with eight years of experience in the water treatment industry. After completing her degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, Megan joined Avista Technologies as the Laboratory Services Manager, coordinating laboratory testing and interpreting findings to help solve RO, NF, and MF/UF performance issues and identifies ways to prevent future declines. As the Global Laboratory Services Process Manager, Megan manages Avista laboratory services in 13 countries providing technical support for customers using Avista products and services worldwide.

Doug

Doug Eisberg is a water treatment applications veteran and Avista’s Director, Business Development. Prior to joining Avista, Doug worked for Energy Recovery Inc (ERI) as a Product Director where he created the ERI pump strategy. At Advanced Structures Inc., the makers of CodeLine (Pentair Water) membrane housings, Doug was instrumental in setting the industry standard for composite housing features. He was also Founder and President of PROTEC (Bekaert Progressive Composites) membrane pressure vessels. Doug is a past Chairman and current member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section Committee, active Director of the American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA) and has served as a board member of the International Desalination Association (IDA).

Ken Robinson is the North American Application and Sales Manager for the United States and Canada. For more than 30 years Ken specialized in research and development of cellulose acetate membrane fabrication, UF hollow fiber manufacturing, RO system design and installation, and membrane applications development. Ken’s application experience spans accross several membrane processes including high purity, produced water, desalination, wastewater recycle, and food & beverage.

As the Southeast Region Application and Sales for Avista Technologies, Jason Bailey provides practical solutions to providers and end-users of membrane applications for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, microfiltration, and ultrafiltration systems. He has over 25 years of experience in the reverse osmosis and high purity water treatment industry, with expertise in technical and engineering support, project management, system troubleshooting, and sales. Jason’s expertise in the design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of membrane treatment systems provides the knowledge required to share best practices through presentations at workshops, conferences, and system end-user training sessions.
